The primary asset of 2808234 Ontario Inc. is a proposed residential development site (the “Property”) located at the intersection of Broadview Avenue and Mortimer Avenue, Toronto, ON.

The Property is made up of several real properties municipally known as 995 Broadview Avenue, 997 Broadview Avenue, 999 Broadview Avenue, 1001 Broadview Avenue, 1003 Broadview Avenue, 1005 Broadview Avenue , 2 Mortimer Avenue and 4 Mortimer Avenue.
