5.5 acres of owned development land located at the northwest corner of Dufferin and Centre Streets in the City of Vaughan
Ira Smith Trustee & Receiver Inc. was privately appointed as the receiver under a joint retainer agreement which was fully signed on September 19, 2016 by the first mortgagee, Vector Financial Services Limited and the second mortgagee Scollard Trustee Corporation and Olympia Trust Company.
Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated January 26, 2017, Ira Smith Trustee & Receiver Inc. was appointed Receiver ("Receiver") of the real property owned by Vaughan Crossings Inc. The Receiver, since its appointment has been taking necessary conservation steps over the property and has been involved in negotiations for the sale of the real property.
The real property is comprised of 5.5 acres of commercial development land located at the northwest corner of Dufferin and Centre Streets in the City of Vaughan.
