On November 17, 2014, Ira Smith Trustee & Receiver Inc. (“ISI”) was appointed agent of 1349571 Ontario Inc. with respect to the inventory of Miss Lee Originals Ltd. o/a Windsor Bridal ("Windsor"). Windsor was a retailer of bridal couture. Windsor ceased operations prior to our appointment and has been liquidating their inventory with the assistance of DSL Commercial. ISI has adopted the agreement entered into between Windsor and DSL Commercial. DSL is currently liquidating all gowns at $199 (plus HST) from Windsor’s former premises, located at 1120 Caledonia Road in Toronto, Ontario. Please be advised that customers, who paid for merchandise or alterations, and did not receive their goods or services are unsecured creditors.

CUSTOMERS WHO PAID FOR MERCHANDISE OR ALTERATIONS BY CREDIT CARD, SHOULD MAKE A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF OUR APPOINTMENT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, WHICH CAN BE DOWNLOADED ABOVE.


IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FORMER EMPLOYEES

ISI is not in possession of any records that suggest any former employees are owed any wages, vacation or termination pay by Windsor. If you believe you are owed wages, vacation or termination pay or have issues with any documents issued by Windsor concerning your termination or employment you should contact the Ontario Ministry of Labour (“MOL”) at 1-800-531-5551 and request that they conduct an audit of Windsor’s payroll records. If the MOL audit determines that there are amounts owing on account of wages, vacation or termination pay they will provide us with the results and we will contact the affected former employees regarding their rights under the Wage Earner Protection Program Act (“WEPPA”) if applicable.
