By Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Newbould dated September 5, 2014, upon the application of DBDC Spadina Ltd. (et al), a corporation controlled by Dr. Stanley Bernstein, ISI was appointed Receiver over the assets, properties and undertakings of Norma Walton, lawyer and Ronauld Walton, lawyer (not including specific real properties that were already under the supervision of a Court-appointed Manager). The Receiver is currently formulating its plan for the identification and quantification of available assets.
